Navigating side missions in Pokémon Legends: Z-A offers players a rich variety of urban exploration challenges across Lumiose City. Among these requests, Side Mission 93 presents a unique puzzle where players must act as real estate advisors to help an NPC named Trale find a new home. His companion Heliolisk requires specific living conditions to stay comfortable and happy. This guide details how to initiate the quest, solve the location clues, and secure the ideal rooftop apartment.

How to Unlock and Start Side Mission 93

To access this quest, players must first make sufficient progress in the main storyline. The mission unlocks after completing Main Mission 31, which requires reaching Rank B in the main campaign. Once eligible, travel to the area near Café Soleil on South Boulevard. Look for Trale sitting at an outside table alongside his loyal Heliolisk to initiate the conversation.

Trale outlines several strict criteria for his new home. The apartment must feature rooftop access with tables and sun umbrellas so Heliolisk can comfortably bask in the sunlight. Furthermore, the building must be situated near a Pokémon Center, a café, the Saison Canal, and provide a direct view of Prism Tower.

Locating the Apartment and Completing the Quest

Finding the correct spot requires navigating toward Magenta Sector 1. Fast travel to Café Gallant and head down the street toward Prism Tower and the nearby market stalls. Look for an alleyway containing an exterior ladder attached to a red-roofed building. Climbing this ladder brings you to the designated deck space, triggering a story cutscene with Trale to complete the assignment.

Successfully finding the ideal location grants valuable in-game rewards. Players receive 4,000 Poké Dollars, two Experience Candies M, and a Sun Stone. The Sun Stone is particularly useful as it can be saved to evolve your own Helioptile into Heliolisk later in the game.

Alternative Methods to Obtain Heliolisk

If you wish to add Heliolisk to your battle roster beyond completing side quests, there are direct routes available. Players can encounter an Alpha Heliolisk naturally in Wild Area 20 during exploration. Alternatively, capturing a Helioptile and utilizing a Sun Stone offers a guaranteed evolution method. Combining quest completion with wild exploration ensures your Pokédex stays fully updated.
